Managed editorial operations for SF-based, 10mil users-per-week Web company (sites: Gay.com, PlanetOut.com) with focus on politics, news, music, culture, and health and dating features as well as vertical development including sports and fitness, entertainment guides, and other editorial/sales initiatives. Managed content oversight during IPO process and developed unique newsletters and community outreach marketing initiatives (including a print publication and community events).
